Cooking Instructions

Whisk together the
eggs (4)

cream (200 mL)

sugar (10 g)
and
vanilla paste (6 g)

Spread the
brioche (4 slices)
with the
salted caramel sauce (40 g)
, then sandwich together to make two sandwiches.

Soak the sandwiches in the egg-cream mixture for 2 minutes, turning halfway through.

Heat the
butter (1 knob)
in a frying pan, then fry the sandwiches for a minute or so on each side, until golden. Serve with
blueberries (to taste)
