or cooked chicken

tikka masala sauce

M&S lightly salted tortilla chips

mild cheddar , grated

red chilli , finely sliced

mango chutney

M&S pickled red onions

For the raita

100 g
Greek yogurt
1 handful
coriander , leaves picked, chopped
plus extra to garnish
1 handful
mint , leaves picked, chopped
1/3
cucumber , grated
1/2
lime
juice only

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
Step 2
In a bowl, coat the turkey (300 g) in the tikka masala sauce (200 g) .
Step 3
Place the M&S lightly salted tortilla chips (150 g) onto a baking tray, then add the turkey or chicken, cheese (200 g) and chilli (1) .
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the meat is piping hot.
Step 5
To make the raita, mix the yogurt (100 g) with the coriander (1 handful) , mint (1 handful) , cucumber (1/3) and lime juice (1/2) in a bowl.
Step 6
Remove the nachos from the oven and top with the remaining coriander, blobs of mango chutney (15 g) and pickled red onions (9 g) . Serve with the homemade raita for dunking.
