This is not just roast beef, this is M&S perfect roast beef, matured for 30 days with a rich roast beef butter for extra succulence and intense flavour.

Christmas wouldn’t be the same without mince pies. Ours are made with all-butter pastry and a filling enriched with cider and cognac, and they taste amazing served with a dollop of Collection salted caramel cream.

Combining two of your family’s favourite sweet treats, our sticky toffee pudding trifle features layers of toffee sauce, caramelised sponge, vanilla custard cream and toffee sponge cubes. This centrepiece desert is then topped with delicate chocolate curls and butterscotch pieces.
A Christmas classic reimagined, our light chocolate sponge yule log is finished with a rich chocolate ganache and hand-decorated sprigs of holly, leaves and a toadstool. Try serving yours with a dollop of our truly indulgent Collection salted caramel cream.
The perfect turkey
This is not just turkey, this is the M&S Collection perfect turkey, which cooks in just two hours, and is deliciously succulent every single time. The stock-basted crown is cooked alongside deboned, bacon-wrapped legs stuffed with a flavour-packed pork, sage and onion stuffing.
Serve with all the trimmings, rich gravy and a generous dollop of cranberry sauce. Serves 12-14.
