Kids’ Footwear Fitting is a service that allows you to bring your child or children into selected stores to measure, try on and purchase shoes at a pre-booked time.
You can reserve a slot online using our dedicated booking tool then visit the store at your chosen time. You do not need to join the queue, should there be one. Go directly to the kids’ footwear department.
In line with Government guidelines our clothing and home departments are closed but there has been an allowance to open the kids’ footwear department on an appointment-only basis.
This service is available in the following selected stores: Blanchardstown, Cork, Douglas Village, Drogheda, Grafton Street, Mary Street, Dundrum, Galway, Liffey Valley, Navan and Newbridge. You can reserve a time slot online and visit the store at your chosen time.
The easiest way to book your slot is by clicking here. Search for your local participating store using your postcode or store name, then select your chosen store and book.
The number of slots available will vary from store to store and is based on a range of factors, including the size of store.
You can cancel or amend your booking at any time up to two hours before the appointment by clicking on the link provided on the booking confirmation email.
You can speak to our in-store colleagues who will be able to book a future visit.
The fitting is booked for 30 minutes for one child and an hour for two or more children.
On every hour and half hour from an hour after opening to an hour before closing.
