Order cancellation is only possible within the first 30 minutes after the purchase is complete. After this time frame, the cancellation option becomes unavailable. It's important to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your requirements.
If you order for the store collection or Express delivery, please note due to new rules for import of online orders from non-EU countries you may now be required to complete a 2 step process with local customs and our delivery partner, DHL.
DHL will email you directly if required. Follow the link from their email and select ‘Shipment for Private individuals’ and continue to read through the terms and conditions and select 'I declare that I have familiarised myself…'. Please note that there is no additional fee for you to pay and the notice that Advance payment will be charge is not applicable.
This begins the process:
1. EORI number To request an EORI number, click on the link This will open another window. Complete the form with your details which will generate a EORI number, displayed at the top of the page. Copy the EORI number and go back to the DHL website. Paste the EORI number into the EORI box and fill out the other 2 boxes with the necessary information and continue.
2. Customs clearance method From the drop down options select 'Online purchase or other' and continue
3. Payment confirmation, invoices and freight Download and check the documents are correct for your purchase, confirm and continue
4. Description and other notes You will need to enter the description and material for each item using the description and materials that are on the downloaded invoice to then continue
5. Summary and contact information Confirm the details are correct and select 'I declare I have familiarised myself with the terms of shipment…' to then 'Finish and submit for customs clearance'.
In most cases your entire order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels due to product availability.

You will receive an email when your order is available for collection in your selected store. Your order will be available to collect from midday that day. We will keep hold of it for up to 7 days.
To collect your order at the pickup location, simply provide your order number and the recipient's name.
You will have 7 days to collect your order. If your order is uncollected, it will be sent back to the UK distribution centre and you will receive a full refund for the goods. This may take up to 28 working days.
No changes can be made after an order has been placed
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact details, or added the wrong items to your order, please cancel your order as soon as possible and place a new one. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by clicking "Cancel Order" on your order page under "My Account." If this option is no longer available, we have already started preparing your order for shipment and are unable to cancel it.
In this case, we will still attempt to deliver your order. We recommend refusing the delivery so that the package is returned to us. Your refund will be processed once the returned items have been received.

The Consumer Rights Directive (CRD) for E.U. Countries: under the CRD, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of certain items at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods your ordered. You are obliged to return the item to our UK warehouse within 14 days of cancellation, at your cost. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the items. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery.
No, it's not necessary. You can complete your order on our website as a guest without creating an account. This means you do not need to register to make a purchase. However, you will need to provide certain required personal information so that we can process your order. If you would like to shop as a guest, add your selected items to your cart and, at checkout, choose the Continue as Guest option.
All our clothing and footwear and selected homeware ranges from the UK are available to order on this Website. Products in Beauty, Food, Wine, Furniture and selected Homeware are available on our UK website for UK customers only.
We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.
1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women’s, Lingerie, Men’s, Kidswear or Homeware, and then the product type (e.g. tops, pants, dresses etc).
2. Browse through the products we have to offer or simply type in a keyword in the search box. When you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the colour, size and quantity you want, and add to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your shopping basket and continue to our secure checkout page.
3. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. Enter your details, choosing your delivery method, and click continue. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details. The Payment details you can choose from are credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express (CZK not available), JCB), TrustPay and PayPal. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.
4. Note: Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order. You will be sent an acknowledgement email detailing your order, and a further despatch order when your item(s) have been despatched.
It is not possible to place orders or ship goods to the Czech Republic from the UK version of the e-shop.

Under EU law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. A standard return fee of 150.00 CZK will be charged and deducted from your refund. Please keep your receipt as proof of postage. The return may be collected from an address different from the original delivery address.

If you choose to return goods using your own carrier, you are responsible for the entire process yourself – from selecting the carrier and creating the shipping label to sending the parcel. This method is possible but not arranged by us.
For a simpler and more cost-effective return, we recommend using in-store returns. This option involves less logistics, lower costs, and is more environmentally friendly.

We are sorry that you have received goods that do not meet M&S quality standards.
If the item you purchased is damaged or faulty, we will be happy to provide you with a refund. In accordance with Czech legislation, we accept returns of goods that are defective or damaged up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

We currently do not offer our own grocery delivery service. However, M&S food products can be ordered via the Rohlik.cz service. Alternatively, you can check the availability of selected products and, if available, reserve them in advance at a specific store through the Click & Collect service.
Branded cosmetics, flowers and wine cannot be delivered internationally due to legal, logistical and licensing restrictions. The same applies to children’s toys and books.
The range of standard products is adapted to local market demand as well as logistical and distribution capabilities.
