Do I have to open an account to place an order?

It is not necessary. You can complete your order on our website without registering, as a guest. Therefore, there is no need to create an account in order to make a purchase. However, you will need to provide certain mandatory personal details to process your order.

If you would like to shop as a guest, add the selected items to your basket and, when proceeding to checkout, choose the option “Continue as a guest”.

Registration for the e-shop is separate from registration for the M&S Club. At the moment, a separate registration is required for each of them.

Through the e-shop, you can at least collect points on your M&S Club loyalty card, which will then be reflected in the quarterly statement. You can enter your card number in the “Loyalty number” section.

Why can’t I order the item I want when it’s available in the UK?

The Czech Republic has a different product range compared to the United Kingdom due to a variety of commercial factors. The selection of standard products is tailored to the demand of the local market as well as logistical and distribution capabilities. All M&S products available for the Czech market can only be ordered through this website. Products from the UK version of the e-shop cannot be ordered or shipped to the Czech Republic.

The item I want is not in stock. Can I pre-order it?

We are unable to offer a pre-ordering service. We regularly update our website, so keep checking for the latest availability. Please be aware that we change our ranges frequently and some items are discontinued to make way for new ones.

How to buy?

1. To shop on our site, choose from a selection of products: Women’s, Lingerie, Men’s, Kidswear or Homeware, and then the product type (e.g. tops, pants, dresses etc).

2. Browse through the products we have to offer or simply type in a keyword in the search box. When you find one you are interested in, click on the image to see more detail. If you like this product and wish to purchase it, select the colour, size and quantity you want, and add to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout with your order. Once you proceed to checkout, you can amend your shopping basket and continue to our secure checkout page.

3. Once in checkout, you can choose to sign in to your account or to continue as a new customer, without having to create an account. Enter your details, choosing your delivery method, and click continue. Next you will be required to enter your payment details, billing address and contact details. The Payment details you can choose from are credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express (CZK not available), JCB), TrustPay and PayPal. Once you have entered these details, review to make sure they are correct. Review our general terms and conditions and if you are happy to continue with your purchase click ‘Submit’.

4. Note: Once you submit your order you will be unable to change your order. You will be sent an acknowledgement email detailing your order, and a further despatch order when your item(s) have been despatched.

Can I order products from the UK version of the e-shop if they are not available on the Czech website?

It is not possible to place orders or ship goods to the Czech Republic from the UK version of the e-shop.
