garlic , roughly chopped

extra-large black tiger prawns

M&S Santini tomatoes , sliced

Collection hot Calabrian chilli
plus extra to serve

parsley , roughly chopped

Method

Step 1
In a large pan of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti (150 g) for a minute less than recommended on the packet instructions, reserving a cup of the cooking water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, heat 3 tbsp olive oil over a medium heat and fry the garlic (2 cloves) for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the prawns (280 g) and tomatoes (250 g) and cook for 1 minute, then add the Calabrian chilli (35 g) and cook for a further 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the drained pasta along with 1-2 tbsp of its cooking water and toss together. Mix in the juice of half the lemon (1) and a handful of chopped parsley (25 g) .
Step 5
Divide between serving dishes. Serve each topped with the lemon zest, more parsley and a small spoonful of the Calabrian chilli.
