diced into 2cm cubes

ground cinnamon
30 mL
maple syrup

M&S smooth almond butter

Method

Step 1
Mix the porridge oats (150 g) and the milk (300 mL) in a large saucepan. Simmer over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the diced apple (2) , cinnamon (15 g) and maple syrup (30 mL) along with a splash of water in a frying pan for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir most of the diced apple into the porridge along with 2 tbsp of the M&S smooth almond butter (40 g) .
Step 4
Divide between serving dishes and finish each with the remaining diced apple and M&S smooth almond butter (40 g) .
