soft tortilla wraps

For the wedge salad

iceberg lettuce , quartered

quartered M&S red and gold Santini tomatoes

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add the oil (15 mL) to the pan and fry the onions (1) until they turn translucent.
Step 3
Add the beef mince (500 g) , season well and fry for 5-8 minutes until cooked through. Drain any excess liquid from the meat.
Step 4
Add the garlic granules (3 g) , ketchup (15 g) and M&S posh dog mustard (15 g) to the pan and mix well, then turn off the heat.
Step 5
In a separate frying pan, heat a small amount of butter (15 g) until melted.
Step 6
Place a flour tortilla (8) in the pan, add the mince mixture across the tortilla, top with cheese (250 g) and M&S crinkle cut gherkin burger pickles (as needed) (if desired!) and top with another tortilla.
Step 7
Let it cook for around 3 minutes, before carefully flipping and cooking on the other side for around 3 minutes, or until everything has melted together and the tortilla is looking golden.
Step 8
Cut into quarters to serve. Repeat the process with the other tortillas.
Step 9
To make the wedge salad, combine the iceberg lettuce (1) , M&S red and gold Santini tomatoes (as needed) , sea salt and black pepper croutons (as needed) , M&S buttermilk ranch dressing (as needed) and toss it all together and serve with the quesadillas and a pot of M&S special burger sauce (as needed) .
Step 10
For any leftover quesadillas, you can keep them warm in the oven – set to around 120°C fan.
