double cream

Collection West Country Madagascan vanilla ice cream

M&S ginger snaps , crumbled
to taste

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Reserve 8 blackberries (2 punnets) and lightly crush the remainder in a bowl with the back of a fork.
Step 2
Divide half of the crushed blackberries into 4 sundae glasses or small bowls, top with the diced peaches (4) then add the remaining blackberry crush.
Step 3
Lightly whip the double cream (1 pot) into soft peaks.
Step 4
Add a generous scoop of vanilla ice-cream (1 tub) to the sundae glass along with a dollop of whipped cream, the crumbled ginger snaps (4) , reserved blackberries. Finally top with Percy sprinkles (to taste) .
