Collection crafted sourdough bread
each cut into 3 pieces
to taste
olive oil

Collection truffle filled brie , sliced
1 handful
thyme
to taste

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Drizzle the sourdough pieces (4 slices) with a little olive oil (to taste) , then place on a lined baking sheet and pop under the grill – toast on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until browned. Remove from the oven and turn over.
Step 2
Top each piece with a slice of truffle brie (1) , then scatter over a few fresh thyme leaves (1 handful) . Place back under the grill until bubbling. Finish with a drizzle of honey (to taste) .
