During public holidays and peak shopping periods, delivery may take longer than usual.
At the moment, cash on delivery is not available for any of the available delivery methods, including delivery to a store.
All orders placed through the e-shop must be paid for in advance.
If advance payment is not convenient for you, you can check product availability at your chosen store and reserve the item via the Click & Collect service. The reservation is non-binding and payment can be made when collecting the item.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
An order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being completed by clicking the “Cancel order” option on the order page in the “My Account” section. If this option is no longer displayed, we have already started preparing your order for dispatch and we are unable to cancel it.
In this case, we will continue to attempt delivery of your order, but we recommend that you refuse to accept the delivery. The goods will then be returned to the distribution centre. A refund will be processed once the goods have been received back at our warehouse.
No, there are currently no additional customs duties or taxes to pay. The price you pay is final.
Orders placed from 30 June 2026 onwards are shipped from Czech warehouses. You will no longer be asked to complete a customs declaration form, as may have occasionally happened in exceptional cases in the past.
In most cases your entire order will be delivered at the same time, however it may be in separate parcels due to product availability.
