Use up any leftover roast turkey in these please-all nachos with Indian-inspired toppings

Ingredients
300g cooked turkey or chicken, shredded
200g M&S tikka masala sauce
1 pack (150g) M&S Boxing Day curry tortillas
200g mild cheddar, grated
1 chilli, finely sliced
100g Greek yogurt
Handful coriander, leaves picked and chopped, plus extra to garnish
Handful mint, leaves picked and chopped
⅓ cucumber, grated
½ lime, juice only
1 tbsp mango chutney
1 tbsp M&S pickled red onions
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan.
In a bowl, coat the turkey or chicken in the tikka masala sauce.
Place the tortillas onto a baking tray, then add the turkey or chicken, cheese and chilli.
Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the meat is piping hot.
To make the raita, mix the yogurt with the coriander, mint, cucumber and lime juice in a bowl.
Remove the nachos from the oven and top with the remaining coriander, blobs of mango chutney and pickled red onions. Serve with the homemade raita for dunking.
