M&S RECIPE INSPIRATION
Spiced apple spritz
Amazing for cocktail hour at home, this simple yet impressive idea can be made using our Spirit of M&S spiced rum drink or 0% alcohol golden spiced
Ingredients
- ½ tbsp demerara sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 100ml M&S pressed Pink Lady apple juice
- Double shot Spirit of M&S spiced vanilla rum drink or 0% golden spiced
- Ginger beer, to top up
- 1 tsp apple juice
- Sprig thyme
- 3 slices apple
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Dip the rim of a coupe in the apple juice, followed by the cinnamon sugar. Fill the coupe with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, shake the apple juice with the rum drink or golden spiced and some ice.
- Pour into the coupe and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with the thyme, the sliced apple and the cinnamon stick.
