Restore & Nourish Illuminating Cleansing Balm

I bought this when it was on offer. Really good for make up removal but leaves my skin really soft after using

I have started using this instead of Elemis cleansing balm .It is a lot cheaper and just as good .

Great smell, lovely silky texture and makes my skin feel good!

The texture is a bit odd with white grains and I don't particularly like the smell. I'll revert to my usual Elemis.

Was very surprised by the buttery colour of this cleanser. The texture is also a bit waxy and I won’t be buying this product again.

Wonderful product and you need very little quantity to use.it will also last longer and i feel my skin refressed.

I love this cleansing balm & have recently bought another one. Leaves my skin feeling very soft and nourished.

I've bought this balm twice before, I like the smell and it is effective. However I bought the product again in January and started using it a couple of weeks ago, the texture of this tub is awful, lots of white gritty lumps that do not melt away when warmed in the hands and you need to be very careful not to get it into your eyes. I think another reviewer has mentioned the gritty lumps. Could M&S let me know if this is a new formulation or a faulty batch. Wouldn't buy again if it's a new formulation. Three stars for quality due to the gritty texture.
