Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Mix the yogurt (30 g) and mint sauce (15 mL) together in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Cook the naans (1 pack) according to the pack instructions.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the sliced chicken (1 pack) , season with salt and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 5
Add the paste (1 jar) with 50ml water and cook for another 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
Spread some of the minty yogurt over each warm naan, then top with some lettuce and tomatoes followed by the chicken and onions (to taste) .
