Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
In large bowl, whisk the double cream (300 mL) until soft peaks form. Reserve a third and then fold the honey (65 g) into the remaining cream.
Step 2
Crush half the berries (2 punnets) in a bowl and fold this through the reserved cream.
Step 3
Spoon the honey cream onto each meringue (8) , followed by the raspberry cream, then gently spread the two over the base to create a ripple effect.
Step 4
Top with the remaining fruit and the crumbled oat bars (2) .
