My husband and I split childcare 50-50, which means I have the mornings before work free to exercise. Whether it’s a spin class, swim or run, I like to schedule my workouts in at the beginning of the week, so I don’t have to think too hard at 6.30am. I love the endorphin high you get from a workout, and I certainly notice my mood is lower if I haven’t exercised for a few days.
