M&S lead product developer, Sandy Tchilinguirian says the secret to our success is our top-secret spice blend: “Our hot cross buns are made by expert bakers who have a baking heritage stretching over 140 years, and our recipe is a closely guarded secret, so you won’t find these buns in any other supermarket! We’ve been tweaking the ratios in the spice blend used to make our award-winning Luxury Hot Cross Buns since 2002, and we carry out regular taste-tests to ensure the flavour is spot on.”

These buns are the OG, rich and aromatic and packed full of juicy fruits including sultanas and Vostizza currants, mixed peel and our scrumptious spice blend.
