4 skin-on chicken thighs
1 jar Cook with M&S Cajun paste
1 garlic bulb
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 bag Cook with M&S chopped butternut squash
0.5 packs spicy chorizo-style sausage
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
2. Separate the cloves, leaving skin on the garlic bulbs. Dice the green pepper. Dice the red peppers.
3. Place all of the prepared ingredients into a large baking tray and give them a good stir.
4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the chicken skin is nice and golden.
