No post-Christmas feast would be complete without a delicious ham with a sticky and sweet glaze. It’s a great centrepiece if you’re entertaining, and works with everything from crusty bread to zingy salads and leftover festive cheeses.

Our handcrafted pork, chicken and stuffing layered pie is just the thing for your St.Stephen's Day feast table. Layered with marinated chicken and topped with pork as well as sage and onion stuffing, it’s encased in an irresistible hot water crust pastry complete with a seasonal message from Santa. Serve with quick-pickled onions, made by steeping baby onions in cider vinegar, salt, sugar, a sprig of thyme and a dollop of mustard.
Transform your leftover ham into this indulgent toastie, which makes a hearty and indulgent brunch or lunch.
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 slices of ham
200g brie
2 tbsp merry berry jam
6 slices sourdough bread
Slice the brie and roughly chop the ham and set aside. Lightly toast three slices of M&S sourdough bread, then, just before you’re ready to take it out from under the grill, add the brie slices to melt a little.
Remove from the grill, sprinkle the ham on top and add 2 tsp of merry berry jam. Repeat for a second layer then add your final slice on top.
For a sweet brunch, this festive French toast is a great way to use up any leftover Christmas pudding and mincemeat.
Melt a scoop of butter in a pan, then thickly slice some brioche. Spread with M&S clementine curd, add the mincemeat and crumbled Christmas pudding, then gently fry in a pan until golden and slightly melted.
Remove from the pan and serve with a large dollop of Collection salted caramel cream for a wonderfully indulgent brunch.
