This fresh and vibrant salad makes use of fresh blood orange slices and blood orange juice.
To make it, slice blood oranges into segments, then arrange in a dish with sliced avocado, celery and red onions, a grating of black pepper and a few fresh dill fronds. Make a dressing by whisking blood orange juice with a little wholegrain mustard, white wine vinegar and a squeeze of honey, then spoon over the salad and dig in.
Whether served at your next get-together or simply enjoyed on a Friday night, this sunset-hued blood orange spritz tastes just as good as it looks.
To shake one up, simply combine blood orange juice with M&S aperitivo liqueur and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then pour over tumblers filled with ice and top up with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
