The fuss-free festive brunch

Serve up an impressive Christmas brunch without the mess and stress by popping a few of our ready-to-bake frozen croissants in the oven, then filling with crispy smoked bacon, grated cheddar and oozy fried eggs. Serve with a Christmassy coffee or a glass of fizz for extra sparkle.

It doesn’t get any more festive than eggs royale with buck’s fizz. Simply top toasted English muffins with Collection smoked salmon, poached eggs and our ready-made hollandaise, then finish with chopped chives and a wedge of lemon.

Whether you fancy a picky tea in front of your favourite Christmas film or are hosting a drinks and nibbles party, try putting together an Instagram-worthy grazing board filled with cured meats like Parma ham and chorizo, olives and gherkins.

Want to really impress? Stud a whole camembert with garlic and rosemary and bake in the oven until the cheese is gooey. Serve with breadsticks, sliced sourdough baguette and crunchy crudités for dipping.

Christmas cheese? Yes, please!

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your guests by serving up a simple a board of tasty cheeses, from crumbly 2-year-old Cornish Cruncher cheddar to a creamy, oozy brie. Once you’ve chosen your cheeses, add some chutneys, crackers, bread and fruit to complete your cheeseboard.

Plus, look out for our Collection luxury cheeseboard, which will be available on our on Christmas Food to Order service from on 27 September. The board includes Cornish Cruncher cheddar, Blacksticks Blue, truffle brie, vintage Red Fox, Inglewhite goat’s cheese, sourdough crackers and festive chutney.

Our new picky-tea bites are guaranteed to be a winner with all the family. Available in store from 20 October our mini steak sandwiches feature crusty sourdough topped with tender rump steak, mustard béchamel sauce and crispy caramelised onions.

Veggie? We’ve got you. Try our soft, fluffy reindeer-shaped steamed bao buns, available in store from 16 November. The buns are filled with wok-fried vegetables in a sticky plum and hoisin sauce.
