Spiced pineapple mojito
Stem ginger and pineapple are the perfect match for our spiced rum spirit drink
Ingredients
- Handful fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig to garnish
- 1 ball M&S stem ginger in syrup, chopped, plus 1 tsp syrup from the jar
- 50ml M&S Distilled spiced rum spirit drink
- 100ml M&S Costa Rican pineapple with a hint of lime juice
- 50ml M&S fiery ginger beer
- Wedge pineapple, to garnish
Method
- Muddle together the mint leaves, ginger and syrup
- Add this along with the rum spirit drink and juice to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a glass, then top up with the ginger beer.
- Garnish with pineapple and mint.
