But sometimes sartorial slip-ups happen. A caught thread, a split searn, a stuck zip. and when they do, SOJO is here to repair them - so you can love them for longer.

How it works

1. Book a service

Choose your repair or alteration - anything from holes to new hermlines.

2. Send it

If you're in London, tell SOJO a time and place and they'll collect your item(s). if not, simply post it from a convenient drop-off point.

3. They get to work

You relax while your their in-house tailors give your clothes.

4. Back like new

You'll get your items back within a week, ready to wear again (and again).

Continue their journey

Donating your pre-loved clothes and textiles via our Another life. scheme helps others in more ways than one. Items go to Oxfam, which sells your pre-loved pieces to raise vital funds to help fight for an equal future without poverty.

The money raised then goes to support communities around the world to tackle poverty and inequality – and if Oxfam can’t sell an item, it recycles or reuses the material wherever possible.

Simply pop your pre-loved clothes and textiles into the Another life. recycling station in your local store – we’ll do the rest.

Beauty empties

We’ve partnered with HANDLE – a circular company aiming to reduce the environmental impact of beauty packaging – to provide free in-store recycling for your empty beauty products. Simply bring in your beauty empties and pop them in one of the M&S X HANDLE branded bins at selected stores. With your old packaging, HANDLE creates staple accessories such as hairbrushes, combs, mirrors and more. See the full list of stores with HANDLE recycling bins and find out more
