Why have I not received a birthday treat?
Customers who have updated their profile with their date of birth will receive a birthday treat in their Sparks account at the start of their birthday month. If you’d like to share this information with us, you can do so by updating the personal details section under profile in your M&S account or visit marksandspencer.com/birthday.
Please note it can take time to update our records, so if you register your date of birth within 35 days of your birthday you may not receive a birthday treat until the following year. All birthday treats are subject to availability.
How will I know if I’ve received a birthday treat?
You will find your treat in your Sparks account. Make sure you also opt in to receive Sparks marketing communications to get the most out of Sparks, as we’ll send you an email when your birthday treat arrives.
