Check your fit
- Stand or be seated.
- Place the tape measure in the centre of the forehead,
- Wrap the tape measure around the head, back to the centre point of the forehead.
- Take measurement in centimetres.
Please make sure there are no obstructions on the head. Ensure the tape measure is flat and sits even around.
