Check your fit

1. Stand or be seated.
2. Place the tape measure in the centre of the forehead,
3. Wrap the tape measure around the head, back to the centre point of the forehead.
4. Take measurement in centimetres.

Please make sure there are no obstructions on the head. Ensure the tape measure is flat and sits even around.
