Best of British Leather Twin Buckle Satchel Bag
A Quality Chocolate Brown Leather Satchel
I had a choice between the sky blue, chocolate brown and lipstick pink. After much consideration, I chose the chocolate brown satchel because I have chocolate brown eyes and for me it co-ordinated best with both office wear and smart-casual wear for the whole year. I like the perfect size side pockets inside the bag for my purse and blackberry phone and the inside zip pocket for keys and cards. This bag measures approximately 27 cm by 18.5 cm by 10 cm. I ordered my bag online and there were no details about the exact size apart from the pictures so it was slightly smaller than expected. This is a practical travel satchel for conferences abroad or around the UK because of the leather it is strong quality material. I like the adjustable shoulder strap and the comfortable top handle if you detach the shoulder strap. This chocolate brown leather satchel is a quality piece from M and S, and I am very happy with my purchase having finally ordered the last one at the end of the sale!!

Super soft leather, great size in that it easily holds everything I need without it being cumbersome and it is a gorgeous colour. To top it off I was lucky enough to buy it at sale price. I love it.

Perfect size and weight
I bought this item in rich chocolate brown as I wanted an all season bag. Beautifully made in soft leather and lightweight too. A good size - the boxy shape means it holds purse, umbrella, paperback etc without looking bulky. The metal work is a soft gold colour. Lovely dark blue, strong lining. I like the opening at the back which has a magnetic closure making it secure for travel card/keys. Comes with roomy dust bag.
Would have liked studs at bottom of bag to ensure protection against scuffs.
Looks lovely against white. I have worn it with an orange mix skirt - nice look!
(I had also ordered in blue - stunning colour - which had to be returned due to visible imperfections).

I love this bag which I bought in the trendy pale blue. The leather is sturdy yet soft and it has practical clip off straps and a handy back pocket for speed.
I feel that for this high price though it should have had protective studs on the bottom and a dust bag included.

Right on trend satchel
I (ahem) couldn't help myself when I saw the sky blue version of this little beauty during the week at Marble Arch. I'd already bought the larger navy tote as it was irresistible, but this little beauty had me seriously hooked. Cross body - great for holidays and city stuff - and I'm quite, shall we say, portly, so it is a true cross body - with adjustable straps. Its size is sensible - not so tiny you can only fit purse keys and phone in, but not so big you look like a misplaced schoolgirl. It was a serious decision as to whether to get the lipstick pink or the blue one (the brown one is lovely but I fancied a pop of colour in my wardrobe) and went with my current blue phase in the end. It actually makes me smile when I see it on the hall stand and it's a long term quality investment made by a superb factory in Somerset. I'm very pleased with my purchase indeed.
