Kids' Leather Spider-Man™ Riptape Trainers (8 Small - 2 Large)

My son loves them. Half the price of other shops and apparently are much more comfortable. Also has three straps so able to get a better fit.

Shoes didn’t last a week the Velcro doesn’t work at all Had to buy more shoes for my boy

These shoes didn’t even last my son a month. Bought them for Reception and like the other reviews state, the Velcro has worn away and doesn’t hold the shoe in place at all. What a complete waste of money!

These have not lasted the first half term. The Velcro is so poor the straps are constantly undone. Would not recommend.

These were bought just a few weeks ago and have already had to be replaced. The velcro straps are useless. They will not stay closed. The shoes actually comes off if the child runs. Also, tongue is problematic. It will not stay in position, working it way down to the. toes. Completely unuseable after only 6 or 7 weeks. Totally unfit for purpose.

Bought these for my daughter at the agartala of term. They looked the business and good price so thats the 2 stars. The 3rd star is that they likely keep her feet warmer than the terrible girly shoes we force them to wear that are unsuitable for kicking a ball, running races and climbing. So, disappointing purchase as the tongue doesn't stay in one place and they just look really scruffy from the frayed thread coming loose within the first couple of wears. I expected much better quality from m&s tbh. She'll still wear them on cold rainy days til I find some boots for her.

There is not enough Velcro and the straps come off all the time.

I bought these shoes for my son when he started school at the beginning of September. My son chose these shoes as he found them the comfiest out of 3 pairs we tried on and he loved the Spider-Man logo on the side. Unfortunately these shoes are very poor quality - my son has only attended school for two weeks and I’ve had to go out and purchase another pair of shoes from a different manufacturer. The tongue of the shoe continuously falls down in the shoe and the Velcro has completely lost its grip. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I bought these for my four year old and some, after walking in them for just 10 minutes the tongue slips right down to the toes and doesn't stay attached to the velcro. It's a shame as the shoes are lovely but not wearable for anything over 10 minutes.

I’m sad to say these shoes lasted about 2 weeks before the Velcro came off the top strap, meaning the shoe cannot be done up properly. On examination the quality of the Velcro on all straps is very bad. I tried supergluing it back on but it didn’t last. Very disappointing from Marks and Spencer, expected better
