Jersey Slim Fit Trousers

High quality trousers with a flattering fit. As usual, Jaeger sizing a little more generous than other M & S lines, so you might want to go a size smaller. As others have pointed out, these are not full length trousers. Armed with this information, I bought regular instead of my usual short and the length was perfect for me (I'm 5ft 4)

These are the PERFECT black smart trousers. I’m size 12 and 5ft 6 and the regular length is exactly the right fit. I am a black trouser connoisseur as I have to wear black for work - and frankly you can’t beat these. They are super flattering.

Very comfortable trousers and the material is soft and lovely. I found them to be true to size although the material does stretch a little with wear. The regular length was fine for me at 5 ft 7 and can wear with flats or boots.

The navy ones are a different cut to the black ones. And with different pocket features. Hips and bottom much bigger on black. How can this happen when it is described as just a colour option? Navy ones fit me perfectly but black exactly same size too big and look very mumsy. Can M & S Jaeger comment? Do you change pattern mid season?

These trousers are very comfortable to wear and luckily come in a choice of leg lengths which suits me as l am tall and don’t like them too short.

Nowhere in the description does it say that these trousers are three quarter length. They are winter weight, a lovely heavy fabric and I expected them to be full length. I looked at the size chart and noted that Jaeger standard length trousers are 32 inches long so, being only 5 ft 4 inches, I ordered the short length and expected them to be around 29/30 inches. I have just measured the inside leg of the trousers I received - 24 inches! Who are they made for - one of the seven dwarves?! The waist size is a perfect fit (I’m a size 12) and the fabric is good quality but I don’t want three quarter length trousers in winter.

I buy M&S trousers size 14. I'm 5 ft 6 ins and the waist is fine - if tight and everything else is perfect. These Jaeger trousers are a genuine size 14 and they come no where near being able to fit me. They are beautifully made, elegant trousers and I'm very sad. If i went to a size 16 they would be baggy everywhere else. i will have to return them
