step 1
Cook the M&S Remarksable Value spaghetti (200 g) according to pack instructions, then reserve all the water when you drain. Set the pasta aside in a bowl along with a little of the water to stop it sticking.
step 2
Meanwhile, trim the woody outer skin from the stalks of M&S Remarkable Value broccoli (1 head) then slice into coins. Bring the pasta water back to the boil and add the stalks and florets, cooking for 5 minutes. Add the M&S frozen British garden peas (150 g), cook for another 3 minutes then drain everything, reserving a mugful of the water.
step 3
Set aside a few of the florets and some peas to serve, then add the veg back to the pan along with the reduced fat coconut milk (1 tin). Bring to a gentle simmer for 2 mins, season then throw in the basil (1 pack), reserving a little to serve. Turn off the heat then blitz with a hand blender, adding a few splashes of the reserved pasta water until you have a silky smooth sauce.
step 4
Combine the pasta with the sauce, then toss through the reserved veg and basil to serve. Season with black pepper.
step 4 Combine the pasta with the sauce, then toss through the reserved veg and basil to serve. Season with black pepper.
