These work for me with a reusuable pad on the first 24 hours. Notice that it is rated 3 droplets whereas some women have to use rated 5 to 6 droplets with extremely heavy periods. After the first 24 hours, I can wear these alone for the rest of my period. If you know you need 5 to 6 droplets protection, then consider these with a reusable pad and/or mentstrual disc or menstrual cup. I can't use disposable ones for a long time anymore since turning 42 as they seem to disturb my PH balance. Yes they are big but I like big underwear on my period. I can attach menstural cramp aids to my entire tummy area.

Good quality material and sizing is perfect. Wash well. Absolutely no leaks or bleeding through.

These work ok but they are huge! Definitely need to go at least one size down. I wouldn’t buy them again

These pants are excellent, in my case at post menopausal ideal for extra confidence. Please keep to black, but add some patterns to cheer us up.

Period pants are so useful no need to wear Sanitary wear also they keep a person dry has they are like A Tena lady if you are Familiar with them . These are Excellent quality and the price is good our daughter has used them for quite along while now
