Percy Pig™ Egg

When I took Percy out of the box he smelt not at all like raspberries but more like plastic, so I thought maybe he would taste better than he smelt so not wanting to waste the money my sister had spent on him I took a small bite, sadly it was to be my last, I cant really describe the taste mainly synthetic but I had this overwhelming urge to spit it in the bin instantly, shortly followed by Percy, but then I thought why not (inflict him) try him on any of her eight children maybe its my taste buds, but sure enough not one of them liked the taste, which for chocolate is highly unusual so sadly Percy Pig ended his short life in the Bin and should never be resurrected YUCK !!

Found it very sickly and over priced

Percy was delivered in very secure packaging but it did mention on the label what it contained so nearly spoilt the surprise to wife but just got away with it by me sticking a plain label over the top - phew! It was well padded and not at all damaged. I chose to order this way as last year I went to local store and they'd sold out and this was well worth the delivery charge for the extra peace of mind. We actually stopped at services on m25 j23 on friday before easter sunday and Percys were stacked up outside m&s but got wife to open her box before we left :). Thanks m&s for great product and service.

If you like percy pig sweets, you will like this chocolate. It would make a nice milkshake too! Very moorish, unique white chocolate. Yum.

Percy Pig is particularly popular, sorry about the alliteration!! Grandchildren adore him and consequently loved the idea of having a Percy egg for Easter. The thought, however, does nothing to help the pocket. Beautifully shaped, and adoring to look at, yet £6 for this pink pig is astronomically expensive and far from good value. I am glad that only one of the grandchildren showed a liking for this. Hopefully M&S will rethink their pricing strategy before next Easter.
