A beautifully balanced dry white with luscious flavours and scents of fresh apple, lemon zest and hint of fennel.
From the southern Burgundian area of Mâcon, which is prime Chardonnay country, this lovely rounded wine was blended by M&S winemaker Sue Daniels and local vignerons Chardigny Laurent and Mickael Marillier. Using grapes from 30 year old vines grown in the area's famed limestone and clay soils, the winemakers have left this white unoaked to emphasise its wonderful freshness and ripe fruit flavours.
