Simply serve on top of thick Greek yoghurt with granola. You can make the granola by toasting nuts, oats and dried fruit, as well as coconut shavings with a little maple syrup and a drizzle of neutral-flavoured oils, in the oven until golden brown. Finish with a little honey, if you like.
