For a fruity take on a G&T, gently muddle two basil leaves in a tumbler, fill the glass with ice, pour over two measures of strawberry gin liqueur, top with rhubarb and strawberry tonic and garnish with some extra mint leaves.
Fancy a refreshing aperitif? Simply add one measure of strawberry gin liqueur to a flute or coupe, pour over some Conte Priuli prosecco rosé and add a scattering of pomegranate seeds.
