Created in partnership with The Old Curiosity Distillery, our colour-changing gins come in apothecary rose or lavender flavours. The fragrant flowers used to infuse them are picked from the Edinburgh distillery’s own Secret Herb Garden, and the natural distillation process means each gin keeps the properties of the botanicals used. And that’s how the magic happens: when tonic is added, each turns from blush gold or pale purple to vibrant pink.

If you want to really pull out the stops try shaking up an impressive mocktail! For an alcohol-free take on a lemon gin fizz, shake our 0% alcohol botanicals, lemon juice, Cook With M&S preserved lemon paste, sugar syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy then add ice and shake again. Strain, top with soda water and garnish with lemon and rosemary.
