Wool Blend Open Front Blanket Coat

Unfortunately the M was way too big even over layers so it's going back. Texture is itchy rather than something you want to snuggle into or wrap around yourself. Also it's a really thin layer, more of a coatigan than a coat so don't expect to wear this as a proper coat except from on warm nights in Autumn/Spring.

Although I felt this coat was well made with lovely material I feel it should have been roomier with more of an overlap at the front, the sleeves were also incredibly slim fitting which is not ideal for wearing over a jumper.

Purchased the green, Beutifull colour,I've had lots of comments of where did I buy it!...fabric is warm,nice large pockets .a winner!

after reading the reviews i bought a med and large jacket as some of the reviews stated that the sleeves on jacket were very tight i am a size 14 and the medium jacket was a perfect fit it is a really nice jacket

Have bought this for my daughter as a present and when she tried it she looked fabulous in it. The coat looked good either open for a casual flair or with a large belt for a more formal look. I read the comment about the material being slightly rough and have to agree but teamed with a scarf this was easily resolved. I bought the evergreen colour as this is far more colourful than the beige version.

Gorgous colour. I purposely ordered a larger size, it is everything I hoped for. Suitable for smart or casual wear.

The overall look of the coat was very nice but I found the material too itchy for my skin so had to return the item.

I bought the camel version a few weeks ago, have had compliments when wearing it. Material slightly itchy as mentioned by others but it is the sort of garment you want to wear over multiple layers, so I don't view this as a problem. On cold days might wear with a clip to keep the front closed.

The shape of this coat is awful and the material is almost plastic, really unpleasant to wear. Not a hit, it's gone back.

Wish the product was like the picture! Cheap material, top of the arms is so small - I've got skinny arms so this must be a product measuring mistake surely. Certainly not up to M & S's standards.
