Vintage Style Daisy Tea Dress

I am 5' 8" and a mature lady. Loved this dress, but it is above the knee and not suitable for me. I would love to buy a dress of this sort of style, but below the knee, which is much more flattering. Shame, as it was a lovely dress. Come on M & S, provide short, regular and long as you used to. Not everyone wants shorter dresses, nor do they always want to buy "Classic" styles.

This dress is so comfortable and easy to wear. Will be wearing it to work and for lunches out.

Another dress to go back This one is more like a size 10.I struggeld to get in it The waist was too high and the dress stuck out in front Frumpy!

Wore it for Easter Sunday Lunch. Felt very comfortable , lovely fit and great length. My new favourite dress. Will get loads of wear this summer

Nice and simple for easy wearing. Maybe a little on the expensive side when considering the amount of detail and cut but I like it!

Nice fit and style but needed it for an non-dressy wedding and it was a little dull colourwise but quality great.

A pretty dress & flattering shape-but PLEASE M & S-provide a longer length option on more of your dresses-not all your customers want to wear above-the-knee styles! I have noticed that when a longer length option is available online it sells out very quickly-so the demand must be there!

My rating for this dress is mixed due to certain factors. The style is really good, but the fit is dreadful. I ordered a size up as I often find that these thin summer dresses tend to be a bit skimpy in material. The pattern in the fabric is lovely and I am disappointed that I cannot keep it. The larger size was snug but might have looked better if it was three inches longer. On a slimmer person it will probably look different hence my recommending it to others to try. Once again I am returning items due to poor sizing. I seem to send back more that I keep these days. Occasionally I am pleasantly surprised with the size of a garment ordered so I know that M & S can get it right, but will lose out to other companies if the sizing remains so inconsistent. We ladies just want to receive something that we know will fit because we are that size be it large or small.
