Velour Wide Leg Trousers

These are very comfortable and cosy, but can be dressed up to look dressy too. Really appreciate the different leg lengths as I am vertically challenged.

I did not find these trousers at all flattering, they hung badly so I had to return them.

These look unattractive on the model - I think it is because she is slim! I have chunky thighs and a curvy body and these suit me well. I wear with a loose top, heels (lowish kittens - I think that higher heels would give it a 'windsock' look) and a bit of bling jewellery. Smart, comfortable, adaptable.

Very good quality for price, well worth the full price a nice weight to them ,so drap nicely .

I always feel Christmassy when the black velour trousers arrive....they look fab with a posh glittery top and look equally fab with an ordinary top too....so versatile and wonderful comfort fit.

I have bought these before and they last well, but I fancied a new pair for winter parties and evenings out to go with a variety of party tops. I was not disappointed with the long length (so hard to get usually) and I was pleased to find that these are the same as the ones I had before. Sometimes it's good to be able to rely on classic style at a great price and M&S do this very well.

Very good look,hope they wear well.Big on waist like all your clothes, at least three inches bigger than trousers I bought four or five years ago.Why is it not possible to review an item for the second time? I reviewed some trousers in 2013 and wanted to review them again now but not possible as you have changed them for the worst.

delighted with my purchase of velvet trousers ,planning to wear at Christmas with smart jacket - following Mary Berry's example, hurrah for the older ladies!

I have been buying these trousers for several years now & was delighted to see them in store again this year. Comfortable to wear & look great with all my lacy/sparkley tops. Well done to whoever made the decision to retain this favourite. Ladies, if you don't own a pair of these fantastic trousers, buy some, you won't regret it! Minor complaint, what about a few other colours? A rich burgundy? Lovely midnight blue? Just a thought.

Nice fit. i'm 5'7 and needed "long"- medium too short. a comfy wear and dressy enough for an evening out
