Great quality. A small fit though, 18 more like a 16. Good length in the body. Straps could do with being a bit wider. No worries at the front as it has a nice high neck- well done M&S. So many other swimsuit makers don't understand that we need non-revealing necklines!!!

Looking forward to wearing this on the beach. Nice to find a cossie which takes a prosthetic and doesn't look weird. Usually end up with a two piece with lots of frills! Clearance price suited my pocket too.

All good except it is far too short for me. Nice fabric, design, pockets etc but only for a much shorter person. I am 5' 8". Could only recommend to a shorter person. Will keep and pass on to Cancer Support Group.

This swimsuit fits very snugly (as some of the other reviewers have posted). It's therefore a teeny bit difficult to pull on compared to other swimsuits. However, once on it's fine and the shape of the neckline/straps means it doesn't feel like the straps are falling off your shoulders or your bust is somehow going to fall out of the cups if you swim vigorously. The only niggle is the labels - somehow they irritated my skin on the left side of my body even when they were wet. I wasn't sure whether it was the seam that they're sewn into or the labels themselves, but it seems to have improved since I cut the labels off.

Purchased for my daughter-in-law. Because it has a high front it actually gave her confidence and she did not worry about bending down. She looked very well balanced and gave her a lovely shape. In fact she looked beautiful. Knowing she can go swimming with her children this summer has given her quite a boast. Well done M&S

I ordered this costume in my normal size to try, as the bigger size is always out of stock, the costume is a lovely colour and style and good quality and would be a lovely fit, but as other reviews state, it is too small, which is a pity cause I would definitely buy it (but in a bigger size.)

SIZING is small, order a size larger! Excellent quality and good design - for a tallish lady. It dwarfed me, being 5'2", so it was returned, (but I kept the other spotted design). The support and quality is comparable to £60 swimsuits on specialist websites, so well done M&S, but this particular design suits a taller, larger lady.

The look and quality are excellent the size came up a bit small but a larger size would be to big. The cup area is good and holds my prosthesis snugly no fear of slipping.

I bought this costume after having major heart surgery and needing something with a high neck to hide my scars. This costume looks good on and covers all I wanted it to. I am usually a 6 but the 8 fits well as it is a small fitting. It is very difficult to find swimming costumes after many forms of surgery so well done Marks.

As a mastectomy costume (using a prosthesis) this gets my vote because the neck line is high but well proportioned and looks elegant, it sits close to the chest and it won't gape when I lean forward. And as the costume is high backed the bra band goes all the way round giving a bit of extra support which will hopefully mean the prosthesis doesn't slip down and I can avoid post-swimming unbalance. For me those points are crucial, as is a non-frumpy costume, & this just about fits the bill there, the pattern is pretty and the blue band breaks things up a bit. The tummy support bit is subjective - I can live with that, it is more important that I am confident about the costume working up top. Sizewise, I am a 16 and this fitted fine - could be a touch longer in the body; high backed costumes will always be more difficult to put on but this one is not too bad. On a minus side I'd say the stitching round the prosthesis pocket opening could do with being a bit stronger, but at least the opening is big enough to work!
