Top Handle Pushlock Rucksack

I liked the look of this bag and the way you can have it as a handbag, shoulder bag or rucksack. However, on the first outing out the bag came open time-and-time again. I did not overload it and the clasp appeared to be closed correctly. However, it opened on its own several times. I did not notice at first as I was wearing it as a backpack and I could easily have lost my purse. I changed it to a handbag but each time I picked it up the clasp popped open. I returned the item today and it will be sent back to the manufacturer for investigation.

Bag looks good but its awkward to adjust the 'rucsack' straps. Even though I don't overload the bag The push lock springs open in both rucksack and across the shoulder mode. If I hadn't been using it for a week it would be going back. Don't bother with this purchase

This is advertised on the website as a rucksack style handbag, but when delivered it actually looked like a shoulder bag. However the straps can be attached to the bag in different ways turning it from a shoulder bag into a rucksack. This was a bit fiddly and as I really wanted a rucksack style I felt it should have been made clearer on the website, but I can see it could be a useful feature. It has two internal compartments,but only one of these has its own popper fastening, meaning the other is slightly insecure if you wear it on your back. It looks good but it's a bit smaller than I thought it would be.
