Great boots that were great value at the sale price, but too expensive at the regular price. Thought I'd bought the right size, but were half a size too small on arrival. Can't exchange since there are no more to be had and just missed the last pair at the right size - vanished before my eyes as I tried to buy them online. No option but to get my money back - now rather disappointed.

I am normally a size 6 but generally buy a 5 1/2 in M & S and these boots are true to size. The 5 1/2 fit well. I do have a slim foot and find them very comfortable, good quality and well priced especially as I bought them in the sale! Thank you M & S!

I bought these boots just over a week ago and they fit well and comfortable, bit expensive but I liked them. Now disappointed to find they are virtually half price, upset my Sunday morning !!!!!!! I'll think twice before I by expensive boots again.

I bought these boots on-line as an alternative to my preferred pair. The boots were more expensive than I originally wanted to pay but I took advantage of the 20% off weekend. I had tried a pair of my size (6) in the shop and they fitted perfectly. However,I could not get my foot into the pair delivered!!

My mum bought these boots yesterday She has worn them today for the first time and the zip has broken - they were the correct size and she certainly didn t put any pressure on the zip at all ! For the price you would expect better quality - she now has to go out of her way to return them
