Speziale Lace Shift Dress

Good fit but visible gold zip limits accessories and is a bit hard looking with a fully lace dress. The back button is pointless and the fabric gapes instead of lying close to the skin. On the plus side, the neckline is flattering.

I ordered this dress on the strength of the photo online, as I thought it looked glamorous and stylish. Unfortunately it turned out to be trashy and cheap-looking in a gaudy shade of pinky red, the lace being hard and scratchy. Also, the sleeves were very tight. Extremely disappointing, especially at that price.

I was SO excited to get this dress as soon as I saw it available - it was to be my Christmas and New Year dress in one! Lovely colour, beautiful design especially with the full length zip at the back which was a nice surprise. Fitted lovely on the body - looked great until I moved my arms. Then when you try to move your arm/arms up the whole dress moves with it. Sadly - this dress looks gorgeous if you stand straight with your arms by your sides. Movement is not easy. Its as if the sleeves are put in backwards??!! Very poor cut and deeply disappointing. With regret had to return the dress and look again elsewhere for my special dress. For the cost - or even if it were cheap - this is a big design error M&S - please get it right next year:)

I am 5ft 8in tall and the dress only came to mid knee not below knee as shown. The waist was too high and the lace poor quality. The colour is brighter and more garish than the colour shown. I was very disappointed.

Lovely red lace dress! Very pretty and comfortable. Admired by all my friends Only problem I had to sew up the back fastening as it did not lay flat, but a few stitches and it fitted well. really wonderful for christmas parties.

I had to send this dress back because it was too big - I'm a size10. There were no size 8's available. I paid £99 for the dress, in store just as it was delivered it was reduced by 20%. Very disappointing. There was a mix up over my online order, but the staff at my local store were very helpful sorting it out.

Gorgeous timeless shift dress, stunning colour, soft comfortable lace fits like a glove, flattering low v neckline with the gold full length back zip giving it a bit of querky bling! Saw it! wanted it! bought it! love it!

It took me about 2 weeks to finally get this in a size 8 and when I got it I was disappointed with the item. On the model it looks like it fits wonderfully, however on me it was very big and baggy around my waist but tight on my thighs. I am 5ft 6 in height and felt this dress was designed for someone taller, which was a shame. Also the waist detail is designed for someone with a tummy therefore good at hiding it, for me it just hung badly and made me look fat. On a plus side the colour was fabulous and great for the Xmas party season, just a shame it wasn't for me and I returned it to store.

Didn't like the gold zip, it made the dress look & feel cheap. The dress was packaged on a huge box!?!

Bought 3 dresses including this one to try but decided against this one. The material I found was rather stiff and scratchy and I know would have felt uncomfortable. also the length was a little long on my 5'2" frame therefore looking rather frumpy. That said the style was lovely and would look great on a taller lady (provided they could bear the fabric)!
