Shutter Pleat Floral Lace Shift Midi Dress

I was going to buy this for a wedding I arm going to but have returned it as it didn't fit me very well and I felt it made me look very frumpy.

Bought this for my mum to wear to a family wedding en route as the dress she'd ordered didn't fit. Better than any other dress we could have found. Looked incredible, so expensive and she felt confident that it covered everything with the flattering layering of fabric. Cannot recommend enough. 5 stars!

Tried it on, loved it, the sleeve length, the style, the fit were perfect. I usually avoid lace as it can look cheap. This lace didn't. I was so excited to have found a dressy, dress and felt great in it and great price too. My husband liked it and then before putting in the wardrobe I looked closely at the skirt and was shocked that the 'shutters' and hem were just cut material and some were already fraying. I would be scared it wouldn't last one outing. If I wish to wear a dress just once I could hire one. I was so disappointed. Come on Marks and Spencer. Get back to some decent quality.

I loved this colour and goes very well with my hair colouring. As I have light coloured hair thought the navy would suit me better but thankfully ordered this colour as well and looks fab. Very flattering and stylish, definitely a dress for a special occasion.
