Sequin Embellished Trophy Jacket

Needed a new evening jacket so very excited when I found this one. I always purchase a size 10 jacket from M&S being petite but large chested! This jacket was more like a 6-8 and too tight in the arms. As I am fairly stick like this was really odd sizing. Really need a 12 and of course there are none left!

I returned this jacket unfortunately. The jacket was a perfect length but I found the colours very dark and didn't look as nice on as in the picture of the website.

Liked the jacket took the tip from another reviewer and went up a size and glad I did , as this fitted perfectly. Will go great with black dress pants for evening put somewhere special.

I bought this jacket as the final piece in my mother of the bride outfit, required for my daughter's wedding at the end of November. I am delighted with it, as it finishes off the outfit perfectly, but most importantly, I will be able to use it again & again in combination with other outfits over the Christmas party season & beyond. It has a quality feel, hangs beautifully & I am certain it is going to be very comfortable to wear. I read the on-line reviews before I ordered & took the advice offered about the sizing. I am normally a size 14 top, but ordered a 16, which is a perfect fit over a long sleeved dress with a large V- necked collar.

I loved this jacket but the arms were too tight and I have thin arms. Sadly I had to return it.

Beautiful jacket.Very elegant. I usually wear size 16 but ordered a size 18 because some reviews said that sizing was small. I thought the 18 was just a little bit big and exchanged it for a 16 which is just right. This was bought for a winter wedding and I am looking forward to wearing it.

Delighted with this little jacket and looking forward to wearing it over the Festive Season for theatre visits and on a cruise next year. Good fit though I would have liked another couple of inches in length as I am fairly tall. Recommend you go up a size. Sequins are both bronze and gunmetal which is really nice. Quite an expensive purchase but one which I hope will remain in my wardrobe for a long time....

Read reviews and thought it would be small, so I ordered size 18. Changed for my usual size 16 - a perfect fit. Love the bronze and black design with slight hint of blue. Not overloaded with sequins. A classic as it is perfect with a black dress. Disagree with all the criticisms of other reviewers. A bit problematic to recommend it to a friend as it is for a special occasion that you might both be attending.

This is a very pretty little jacket & just the thing to jazz up a black dress or trousers. Don't understand why it is termed a 'trophy' jacket though - an anyone elucidate?
