Sequin Embellished Bauble Christmas Jumper

Bought this in the sale ready for next Christmas, not something I would have paid full price for as I did see it before Christmas but knew I wouldn't get enough wear from it. As a sale item - excellent for me!

Wanted a sequin jumper and was glad to have got it on offer. Could have got one size smaller but still very pleased with it

purchased as a present for my daughter hoping she will be delighted with it.

Good embellishments, but shapeless, returning as it did not suit me

A bit disappointed with this. The neck is very scooped and the fabric is quite thin for a sweat top. It is also a small fit - I expect a sweat to be on the baggy side, but this is not. Because of the scoop - a lot of bare skin for a winter garment - it needs a shirt or tee underneath, but the small fit makes that impractical. On the plus side it is very pretty.

What I liked about this top is that it is not as bulky or warm as the xmas knitted jumpers and the design was not tacky as is the case with some of the xmas tops around in some stores. The design is subtle but fun but even though I went up a size, I found this top was still on the small side so sadly it was returned as it was not for me.

Please, please will designers think before placing designs on tops, the two of the three baubles on this jumper highlight the area on a top that most women would want to avoid (chest area) the eyes going to straight away. Shame it would have been a nice Christmas top but I wont be keeping one
