Perfect Poise™ Underwired Non-Padded Posture B-E Bra

Bought my usual size but the cups were too big and the fitting round the back was so loose it hung away from my back. I returned both bra's.

This bra was very difficult to get on, and after a few tries I found it easier to step into and pull up. Initially it felt comfortable, but after a few hours my shoulders became increasingly sore until I just had to take it off. This could be a reflection on how terrible my posture is, I don't know. I will have to wear it for shorter periods of time until I get used to it.

As others have said this is a struggle to put on and more challenging yet to take off; however the fit is very good and hopefully I'll benefit from improved posture. I'm sticking with it as it was a recommendation from my chiropractor.

The Perfect Poise bra is suppose to support one's back and, presumably, keep the shoulders in place. Good in theory. The bra was near impossible to get into. I tried pulling it over my hips and pulling it over my head. When I did get it on, the back strapping was too loose to be of any benefit. I would recommend making it into a front fastening garment.

I am a 36DD and I have struggled for long time to find a bras that gives me comfort and still looks elegant...FINALLY I found it!!!I can breath better and my body feels much lighter and its at a very reasonable price. Very happy, thank you M&S

When I saw this item, I thought it might really help my sore shoulders and neck. I got it on ok, but couldn't wear it for more than 10 minutes due to the upper, outer seam under the arms and up around the shoulder turning in. This happened in both sizes I tried. I like the support across my back, although I found the middle back sweaty and hence itchy. Sorry, M&S, but these are going back! :(

Why didn't someone think to make this a bra that does up at the front????? Once I had my arms and head through I was stuck and couldn't get in or out of it!! I thought it a fantastic idea but a front fastening would work.

I am sure it does the job but to uncomfortable to get on. Certainly not the prettiest bra in the world. Shame so ugly.

I wish the packaging for this bra gave instructions on how to put it on easily. I did struggle for a bit, but life's too short, and I never actually got it on. It's going back.

I love this bra it really makes a difference ,i bought the skin tone one ,i will need to get the black one.its not very sexy but i dont care it makes me stand tall and i look slimmer.brilliant.
