Leather Rucksack

The rucksack is certainly very good looking and it is made of very soft leather. However, the clip is very fiddly and most of the times requires several attempts to close it. Also, after several times of wearing it I noticed a large hole around the stitching of one of the straps. It looked like, unnoticed to me, the stitching gave way and the strap was nearly completely torn off. I never carried anything heavy in it, so why it had appeared I do not know. As I bought it at a reduced price, I decided to exchange it for an identical one, and I am closely watching it. So far it is good. But I would not recommend to carry anything much in it. So quality - I would give top marks for the quality of leather, but then maybe it is too delicate and cannot cope.

I used it for the first time today and I love it. It does take a lot of stuff, and it is very comfortable to wear. The leather is buttery soft and must have some protective layer as it does not seem to scuff. It has safe pockets on the outside. The drawstring is leather as well and glides very easily. I even do not mind the way the flap closes. I have an M&S rucksack with a push lock fastening which requires much more effort and precision to close it, and another which proptly broke (not M&S). I waited for the 20% off to buy this one and I am very happy that I did. It has the makings of my favourite casual bag.

I agree with the other reviews this bag has a lovely soft leather a good lining and is stylish and on trend, but the fastening isn't great and for an £89 high street bag should be better it makes me think no one product tests these items. Love how soft the leather is, have been using for a couple of months to and from work and no signs of wear and tear, love the style m & s

A rucksack for a change. The leather is soft. There are two pockets at the front and one at the back, also with a zip. The only thing I would change in this rucksack is the way the flap closes. Precision is needed to close it. A push lock fastening would have been easier and just as nice. Otherwise I think it is a great piece.
