Italian Moleskin Coat

This is a very good warm coat. It's a great fit. The only thing is you have to unpick the stitching in the pockets.

This coat is great for style and keeping me warm. It can also be worn when driving a car.. However, what is happening with M&S sizing. I have always been a Medium fit for coats, shirts etc. When I first bought this coat, I bought a Medium size online. When I tried it on, it was a bit tight particularly when worn over a jumper. So I sent it back and changed it for a Large fit. This was ok, so it looks as if there has been a change in M&S sizing. It is NOT me that has changed, in case you suggest it!

I bought this jacket as a gift for my partner, he loves it. The style and quality of this jacket makes it ideally suited for smart and casual occasions.The weight and softness of the material imparts luxury while the styling is modern and trendy making the jacket perfect anytime. The tailoring is excellent and the fit is good, maybe a touch too large in the stomach area in the XXL but that could be useful when the weather is colder and heavier clothing is needed. I would definitely recommend this jacket to anyone who appreciates really good quality clothing.

tried the jacket on in my usual size, large,was too tight. bought the jacket in x large size. jacket was too tight across the back, too loose in the front, just hung like a sack. sleeves were far too long, would have fitted a gorilla ! I returned the jacket & my card was refunded, but it still cost me the £3.50 delivery charge. I,ve stopped buying m&s trousers because the sizing is hopeless ever since suppliers are coming from the far east. looks like I,ll give up on the jackets too.

Bought for my husband. Nice coat. Bought in my husbands usual size, although was a bit neat, although next size too big. Looks well and he likes it. Nice on.

I ordered this online to the USA and was pleasantly surprised by the fit and finish of this jacket. Plenty of pockets though the front pockets that you'd typically put your hands in are shallow. I don't put my cars keys in there since they might fall out. Soft moleskin outer still maintains it's structure and the inner lining and piping are great details. The zipper and snap button closure on the front are secure. It goes well from work to out at night. Got compliments on it already!

Nice colours, nice style and surprisingly good body and sleeve length for a tall person in XL size but rather snug in fit, when we zipped it up my husband couldn't raise his arms above the 45 degree mark due to the total lack of give in the body, seems to be a really poor cut, even tried an XXL but with the same results. When I looked round I could see the coat on a model and it was exactly the same, really don't know how they could leave it on a model like that, such a shame

Absolutely love this coat. Good fit, maybe slightly on the small size. Haven't been able to establish how warm it is yet, but it probably will not be a coat that you could wear over a shirt in very cold weather. With a jumper as well, fine. Nice and light. Seems to be nicely made and has that stylish Italian feel to it. Plenty of well thought out pocket space, both for your hands and other items like phone, keys etc.
