A CLEANSER AND SO MUCH MORE
As a fan of the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm, our guest beauty editor was keen to try the new lighter gel version
Given the original Emma Hardie cleanser has become a bestselling icon, I had high hopes for the sequel. My skin is oily and, while this means fewer wrinkles later in life (a dermatologist confirmed this), I am constantly on the lookout for cleansers that balance the oiliness without drying out my skin. I’ve been using the new Emma Hardie Moringa Light Cleansing Gel on its own in the morning and as part of my double-cleanse routine at night. The gel turns into a lightweight oil on impact, thanks to the added almond oil and grapeseed oil, and it doesn’t require much massaging. To my surprise, make-up just glides off – and I wear full-coverage foundation. I noticed how my skin was left moisturised and super soft, while the added moringa seed oil and peptides protect skin from pollution. No wonder this is my new favourite cleanser.
